It is a producers' Group well organised, with many sub-centers. They are recognised by the Government of Bangladesh.
The number of women involved in the handicraft activity is always increasing, although it depends on the volume of the orders.
One caracteristic of this group is that it involves handicapped males in the production (about 15).
More than 700 women of the area prepare jute rope and sale it to the center.
